3 Steps to Finding Clarity

So you've decided that it's time for change... woohoo!!

Well done for acknowledging whatever it is that is no longer serving you or your passion. You should be proud of yourself for your courage and determination for wanting to create something that does serve you and your dreams.

Feeling stuck about your next step?

Be very clear about what you want. This next chapter in your life is going to be brilliant so it's important to consider the following steps when planning out your next move.

First step!

KNOW YOUR VALUES

You might think you know what your core values are but sometimes through life experiences, and time, they might shift. CLICK HERE for a list of core values to help you along. Circle the top 3-4 values that are most important to you.

A good way to think about this is to ask yourself, "when was the last time I felt truly happy and made a great decision?: What change(s) did you make then and who were you with? Going back to this place in your mind and body can help you see where your values sit the most.

Second step!

RE-EVALUATE THE AREAS IN YOUR LIFE

This is a very important part of the process because, again, things are constantly shifting in life. What was needing more energy and focus at one time might not be as important to you now so take the time to sit with this one as long as necessary. On a scale from 1-10, rate the following areas (1 being most imporant and 10 the least important)

1. Health/Fitness

2. Family

3. Work/Career

4. Friends/Social

5. Spirituality

6. Money

7. Relationship/Love

8. Fun/Leisure

Third step!

DO THE INNER WORK

Once you determine what is most important to you then ask yourself the following questions;

1. What exactly needs to change about this area?

2. Why does it need to change?

3. What would happen if it doesn't change?

Don't pressure yourself on knowing what's next for you straightaway. If necessary find guidance to support you. Give yourself the time and space for reflection. Patience is a virtue, remember? So be kind to yourself, do some breathing exercises and set your most loving intentions on your future!
